1.1. Orders are typically processed within 8 to 20 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.
1.2. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
2.1. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 10 business days inside Lebanon, and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
2.2. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
2.3. Currently, we only deliver within Lebanon. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer support.
3. Shipping Fees
3.1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
3.2. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
4.2. If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes may not always be possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5.2. If you do not receive a tracking number, or if you have questions about the status of your order, please contact our customer support.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
6.1. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available, the shipping carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting the package.
6.2. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
7.1. In the rare event that a package is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
7.2. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
